Leap

April 23, 2023

Navigate to your Leap Dashboard, click on Optimize, then locate the Script Execution box and click Advanced Settings. From here, locate the Script Delay box and click Find Delayed Scripts.

Script Delay means loading and execution of Javascript is delayed until the primary content has loaded.

Once the table has populated all external and inline scripts that are found on a specified URL, you can easily choose which scripts you wish to include in the Exclusion Rules for Script Delay by using the buttons in the table.

Important Reminder: Do not delay scripts marked with no-defer parameters such as 'data-cfasync' and 'data-pagespeed-no-defer.'

Insider Tip: To improve page speed, jQuery should be delayed, and one of the options under Leap's JQuery Loading Method setting should be used to avoid jQuery dependency issues.
