Leap Preview now has an Issue Tracker you can use while viewing your site to report issues. Just provide a 10-300 description for each issue and we capture the rest to investigate!

Once a single issue has been added, you will be brought to an overview page where you can either “Add Issue”, edit or delete previously added issues, or “Submit” the issues in the checklist-style list.

Additional information is automatically captured and attached to the issue(s) that is received by our Ezoic support staff to investigate.

You’ll never have to go back to Leap to submit a support ticket!

Note: This is only available for Levels 1-VIP.
